Very nice apartments that were well cleaned and cared for while we were there. Simone at the front desk was very informative and helpful as well as very pleasant to deal with. The only bad thing was the intense water pressure in the master bathroom and that the hot water ran out quickly. Otherwise this was a fantastic place to stay and would definetly recommend this.

The apartment was well equipped, very comfortable and cleaned daily. The apartment was so close to the beautiful garden and beach at Las Palapas.

We love this place. Exceptional for families.. great that you can go to the Palapas beach club and restaurants etc.. everyone was very friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to meet Simona. We will want to go back again. The only thing we can think of that can be improved is the beds are a little hard( but of course there is nothing like your own bed) and it would be great if there were tvs in the bedrooms so the whole family doesn't have to share one small tv in the living room also a small radio would be nice. Other than that everything about the region is wonderful and we had an awesome vacation. Can't wait for our next trip!

Money USD$110 stolen from my daughter's suitcase the first day before we started using the room safe.
Beds are too hard, due to absence of box springs. Even the kids complained This alone would likely prevent our return unless it is changed.
